A number of organizations are involved in sponsoring, conducting and evaluating the research, development and deployment of the Smart Grid. The USB, its member companies and consultants are contributing to the development of the Smart Grid by creating thought leadership and engaging industry peers at industry meetings and events.
The USB is currently finalizing a white paper dealing with “Smart Grid Interoperability and Standards”. This will be available on this website in January 2009.
Recent USB presentations include:
>> Smart Meter East Coast Conference
>> IEC TC57 WG14, October 15-17, 2008, Melbourne, Florida
